Hello My name is Michael and like the rest of the poor souls i was one who fell for the bull of John Beck and there sales pitch. The sale rep. was a person in the Henderson Nevada location and she called me on labor day evening to make her sales pitch so after about two hours listening me and my wife reluctanly decided to try the program and like every one else they recorded us saying we except the program and that there are no refunds.

But approx. 30 minites after we hung up it hit me that if we try and do this and so call Incorporate in to a business we would both lose our retirement income and health benefits, this changed my mind real fast and I tried to call back and speak with Pam but no responce, but left 4 messages making sure they knew I was canceling.
The next day I called there customer service department in Utah and told them I am canceling and I am going to fax them a cancelation letter, I also sent them an express mail with a return signature request, on the advice of the credit card company so show a hard copy record that I canceled.

The next day I received a call from a different person other then Pam, his name was Robert and while speaking with him I asked the all important question what is that companys cancellation policey and he said that I have 3 days to cancel.

I just a little information to everyone that according to Utah law were i was reading about since there corporate office is there, there is a right to rescission law 13-26-5. and part of the laws say that if the solicitor repuired to be registered under this chapter fails to orally advise a purchaser of the right to cancel under this section at the time of any solicitation the purchaser's right to cancel shall be extended to 90 days.
and sub-section c says that if the solicitor required to be registerd under this chapter fails to orally advise the purchaser of his trun name, telephone number, and complete street address at teh time of the solicitation, the purchaser may cancel the sale at any time.
So Robert confirmed I could cancel.

Now during all of this I was speaking with the credit card company telling them what was going on and it seemed that they were trying to be helpfull and told me that they really could not do anything until my charge had come out of the temp status and get posted to my account.

I also filed a complaint with the FTC, California Attorney General, the Nevada Attorney General, and was going to file one with Utah but when I check to see what the status was on my charge I notice that the charge has just fallen off the account, so until I speak with the credit card company to make sure what happen to it, it just might be another VICTORY AGAINST JOHN BECK'S BULL.
I will update later to let you know if the charge is gone.

P.S. If you decide to cancel make sure you do it with in the 3 day right to cancel and make sure you leave a paper trail to prove you did it because faxes get lost or never seen in time.

Take care all and good luck.

This Fraudulent Company Does Not Even Have An Address!

Hey there Michael,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

MICHAEL: Hello Reid
yes I find my self very lucky to have been able to get my money back and its a for sure thing now.

REID: For sure for time being. Inbreed John Beck however, is going to send this "non-existent" debt to one of his fraudulent Utah based collection agencies. That's right, the "debt" in which they were totally unable to substantiate in your unbiased credit card dispute.

I wouldn't worry about it too much at this time. There are many attorneys that are willing to look into such fraudulent activites on a contingency basis. The collection agency thing is just a scam itself.

The word "sue" strikes absolutely zero fear in my mind, as I believe any attempt to collect on a "non-existent" debt would be frivolous.

Inbreed Beck and his band of crooked attorney's attempt to collect on non-existent debts only to give the public a false impression that their company and programs are genuine.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute attempts to collect on debts which they were totally unable to verify as being valid in many unbiased credit card disputes attempts to seek other means to collect them anyhow, primarly PAID venues.

Crooked attorney's seeking quick paydays, fraudulent collection agencies and possibly even judges just to name a few.

MICHAEL: Apprently John Beck removed the charge while it was in a temp status, so it really posted to my account, and the credit card company said they could not reuse the same authorize to charge my card again. Question Reid, how as John Bech been able to not honor other peoples request to cancel if they had done it within the 3 day period ?.

REID: The answer to this question is really quite simple. It's all part of the scam. The "3 day right to cancel" policy is just more false advertising used by Inbreed Beck's company to give consumers the impression that the company and their programs are legitimate.

Victims of this scam will very soon realize how difficult to near impossible it is to get a hold of a live operator within the so called "3 day right to cancel" window.

1. Notice how John Beck's bogus contract has not changed, despite having had dispute after dispute in which none of his "product of incest" employees were able to explain off and or prove to the contrary?

2. Notice how EPN (fraudulent collection agency) has now changed to the Law Offices of Bennett and Deloney? Oooooh, scared of you!

3. Notice how the fraudulent John Beck Inbreed team randomely selects which one of their victims and at what time their non-existent debts are to go to collections? My non-existent debt took well over a year to go to collections while many others went immediately after receiving charge backs.

4. Notice how many victims have disputed Inbreed Beck's fraudulent program, won favorable decisions and yet still, not one inbreed from this fraudulent company has been willing to come forward in the public eye to engage in public discussions?

5. Notice how the fraudulent John Beck Inbreed team carefully tape records their victims agreement to enroll into their fraudulent program, but none of the conversation which leads to an agreement?

6. Notice how the fraudulent John Beck Inbreed team uses a P.O. Box as their address? Don't learning institutions normally have addresses?

7. Notice how the fraudulent John Beck Inbreed team does not even have a website? Kind of hard to appear as a genuine program when your company does not even have a website. No address? No website? F^ck!ng inbreeds! Trailor trash m^tha F^ckas!

I could go on forever as to why the John Beck Inbreed team is fraudulent (NOT just a matter of opinion, but elect to stop here, because I know that any and all of my questions to the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute just as they have in the past, will fall on deaf ears.

There is absolutely no doubt, that the John Beck Mentoring Institute and their "mentoring" program are nothing but scams.

MICHAEL: And I feel great beating that guy out of my money. And do you think I hear from then any more hummm I wonder lol.

REID: Report this company to your local Attorney General, the FBI, FTC and Consumer Protection. I will post the exact contact numbers and detailed descriptions of these organizations at a later time.

MICHAEL: Take care and good luck to all.

REID: You do the same.

Until next time, take care Michael cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. There's a possibility of this thread making it's way to the front page of the Bad Business Bureau and receiving big time exposure. In order for this to even be considered, we will need photos of either John Beck (do not send photos of any copyrighted materials, proprietary items, etc, etc, as it is against the law to do so), his company headquarters (United States Post Office), employees, etc, etc. Anyone who lives in the area and has a digital camera is encouraged to contact me through a rebuttal.

Nothing But An Elaborate Scam

#4Consumer Suggestion

Tue, September 13, 2005

Hey there Michael,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

I am really glad that the "3 day right to cancel" has worked for you, but unfortunately this policy has not worked for the majority of victims of the John Beck scam, so I would highly recommend someone as fortunate as yourself to consider yourself very lucky.

Thank the Lord above and your credit company for responding quickly and don't be surprised regarding any future attempts by the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute to collect on this non-existent debt, whether it be via fraudulent collection agency, frivilous litigation, etc, etc.

This "3 day right to cancel" policy has been implemented by the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute as just another means to give "would be" victims the appearance of their company being legitimate.

Until next time, Take Care Michael cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
