Complaint Review: John Branscume dba Elder Care

Your loved one would be better off living on the street than have John Branscume dba Guardian Angel/Eldercare Services as her financial guardian.

He will not take phone calls from family regarding Mom's care and/or finances.  All calls go to a fax machine.

By law, he is to provide the family with monthly financial reports. To date, we have not received a single one.

After the court appointed him financial guardian, he told the apartment management at Mom's senior apartment complex to only talk with him and not to speak to any family members.

He has never visited my mother to see about her care or well being. He is supposed to make monthly visits.

My mother ended up in intensive care due to the John Branscums direction to the her apartment complex to not call mom's family in an emergency.

Please don't get yourself or your loved one involved with this con man/thief.

I don't want anyone else to suffer like we have.
