Complaint Review: John Casablanca Cincinnati

John Casablanca Cincinnati John Casablanca was out for your money in the beginning. They charged more if you financed. The person at the front desk is very rude, phone calls don't get returned, and they don't care what you do once they have your money. They never call to give you jobs. CIncinnati Ohio

It all started out with them calling you saying they have openings for young females. You go and talk to someone and they tell you how they have all these clients that have moved onto so many careers with JC and how they are in magazines and commercials. They ask you some questions and then leave the room for a second. Then they come back and say you are perfect for JC. Then they start right into the financial part. Pay up front which was $1785 or finance it and it would be even more money. I paid up front and they processed it all. The money is for 3 years unlimited photo shoots and 11 weeks of training. I went through the classes and was not really impressed with it. They said I was too short for runway. One of the acting teachers was quite rude. Later I found out, different people paid different amounts. A lot of them less than I paid.

Classes are finally over and now it is up to you to schedule your own photo shoots. Problem is, you have to reveiw your pictures first then find a photo shoot day open. You have to be able to get ahold of the main person first to get any of that done. Good luck with that, she is never in or always too busy. She doesn't return phone calls and on top of that, the front desk lady is always very rude! They recently got a newer desk lady and she is rude as well. I just don't get it.

When you do go in for your photo shoot, a person is suppose to be there to do your hair and makeup but no one is ever there to do it. This was part of what you paid for in the beginning. How are you suppose to improve your pictures when no one is there too help. It's basically like getting ready for a school picture. You also have to pay $10 to the photographer for each photo shoot. Most of the money you pay in the beginning, is for the photo shoots.

They do a good job making you feel like you would make a great model when they are just out to get your money. They never call you for job opportunites. I was very upset because I had my high hopes and thought I really had something but they have done nothing but make me feel like crap.
