Complaint Review: John Charles Foster

John charles foster is my uncle and he molested my sister (older than me) we moved from kansas city to salina ks and moved into a house down there and my sister was so fritented that night because of a kid napper in the area so i slept in her room with her so she wouldent be quite so scared. we were both asleep that night when John told our mom that he was going to the bathroom when all of a sudden he entered the room and reached over my body to mysisters body and started lifting up her shrit and took off her brawl and filled on her breast. then fingered her. and other inapropreate placees.

we tried to tell our mom the next morning but she would not belive us we moved back up hear leaveing john down there a month later john moved back up hear. john admitted all of this to his mother but johns mother loves him so well that she did not turn it into the police. can you please do something about this matter before he dose it to someone else and they not get as lucky as samantha (my sister)was. thank you sinerly Scott foster i would like to remain anonymous. He should be thrown in jail for the rest of his life.
