John R Cheadle and Cheadle Law sued me on behalf of a bank for a debt that I did not owe. When they were notified that the debt was fraudulent and they were suing in the wrong state they contintued to pursue a default judgement against for over two years.  In my particular case even though the secretary of notified them that their service failed they still moved forward against me causing over 5 figures in legal expenses. I will be pursuing them in federal court to prevent this from happening to anyone else, as it appears they have been successful in achieving 100s of default judgements from what in my opinion appears to me to be similar circumstances.

The Chealdes received only the info they needed to know filing a bogus lawsuit was a bad idea. They took this case personally because they got called out by a layman who caught them red handed taking advangate of usps's change in restricted delivery during covid and thought they were above the law. Shelby County has very few consumer protection attorneys, so it's no surprise the Cheadle's have gone undetected for so long.

In my opinion any firm or attroney that operates like the Cheadle's should be/will be sanctioned eventually. You can only get away with being a "dead beat" attorney for so long before it catches up to you. After ~400 default cases in Shelby County with no one in a position to fight back...finally things have caught up to them and they will catch up to you to Doug.

Deadbeats always seem to think they know the law and any thing which is done is illegal. Funny, Funny, Funny. They can sue you wherever you live if they think they have a case against you and have your address based on the terms of the original agreement of indebtedness If you had this information the debt was not yours then why didn't you go to Court and present that information when they brought suit? If you have such an iron clad case then there would be ZERO LEGAL FEES because all you do is present the evidence you aren't the person and the judge dismisses the case. So then, its obvious there's much more to this than you are admitting. Next time you want to come here and play lawyer, remember, there are some real lawyers who have been part of this website and responding to you legal experts for years and it gets quite hilarious reading the whining.
