Jack, John or whatever he is going by nowadays I unforutantely met after I had purchased a home and was going to rehabb it and sell..basically a flip and it was my first one and I wanted someone to manage the project. I met him through one fo the social platforms where I saw talking his remodels and so I hired and he would take draws to do what was needed to this property.
Long story short I aqdvanced funds to weork on the house and he never used the monies for what he was supposed to do. Instead he bought himself a new car... i took him to crimnal court and he was convicted of and was ordered to pahy the court and he never has -paid.
There is a warrant for him but the police could care less...the bottom he is a clever con and knowa his way around the system., Im not the only one in this town qnd he is still walking and talking and stealing..
