After entering a phone-tag relay race between post offices, I couldn't find anyone aware of the John Craig/Robert Hanncock scam or interested in helping. I have since called the Birmingham, Alabama Postal Inspectors. They are a part of The Southeast Inspection Division, which is based in Atlanta, Goergia: 404-608-4500 or 404-608-4604. The Birmingham, Al number is 1-205-326-2900. The Akron Post Office phone is: 205-372-4511. All are unaware, and I got to the point where I wondered if they're in on it, because they violated policy. I required signatures for all mail, sent First Class and Insured. They forwareded one to Oklahoma City, and the mail was given, without collecting that signature. So between Alabama and Oklahoma they are in violotion of their own administrative rulings. They do not seem to be concerned or aware. If you're connected to the P. O.
