John Donnallen Financing Services; aka John Financing Services John Lockett, Facebook, and I suspect he may be a FAKE IDENTITY for an unscrupulous lawyer named Ken Johnson or John Bannister who got a corrupt judge to issue a Judgment against me for $38K in legal fees and STOLE funds from multiple accounts. This jerk promised a large loan and took $1600 They said if I put up $1600 that I would get a $150K loan at 4%. I executed the loan and then when it was collateralized he sent me FORGED WELLS FARGO Documents and shut down the account. He is not a very good crook because he calls me from time to time to chat. He says I "hurt his feelings" by calling him a crook but he wont close the loan. Orlando Florida
This guy may be crazy because he is not very smart. He prepared a loan contract and demanded a fee of $1600 which I paid. Then when it was time to close it he tells me that I need to pay more. I understand he did the SAME THING with the other Victim. he was on my FB site so maybe we can find him that way. He sent me obviously FORGED WF docs and when I told him he did not seem to get what I was telling him. But he insisted I pay him MORE which of course I refused. Still have the forged docs.
this may be a RUSE that two corrupt lawyers in PBC devised because there was a Ken Johnson who's client James A Pappas got cancer and he did not think he would get paid so he went DIRECTLY to this corrupt Judge Joeph Mxxx and got him to DISMISS my very detailed fraud case against his client (hard handwrittene evidence admitting it) and then same Crook Judge awarded $37,500 in "legal fees" that HIS client should have paid him as a JUDGMENT against me that ruined my credit record. His side kick is a JOHN BANNISTER. Both of these crooked lawyers (KEN JOHNSON is the first one) live in Palm Beach Gardens and their law firm went bankrupt.
THe judge is a dirty judge who did this and the other judges knew this was a scheme and could have stopped it but forced me to go through a YEAR of litigation for a purported COLLECTION of this "Judgment". I won in the end but it cost me a fortune.
It is suspicious that they are all in Florida and the PBG lawyer sued me in NYS and took funds out of my Investment account (old account) and had a NYS judge "transfer" the fraud to NYS after the CHIEF JUSTICE (BLANC) of PBC executed a sworn affidavit.
This MAY be two different crimes but this guy DONNALLEN is fake. Pam should be on this!
