Complaint Review: John Ellis Water

John Ellis Water I purchases a John Ellis E5 machine. The machine is stainless steel and fully guanteed for 1 year. THe main componenet of the stainless distillation pot ruptured and leaked water everywhere. I call the company and was advised to returen and it would be replaceed and returned to me. It has been a month and the company keeps making excuses to make good on their guantee. As far as I am concerned, this is fraud. I call, they keep giving an excuse to replace the ruptured pot. this cycle continues. PO Box 532 New York

I purchased a John Ellis water machin in september 2017.  It is fully guanteed for 1 year.  The main portion of the machine, a stainless steel "pot" ruptured and leaked water everywhere.

When I call about this, I was told to send the ruptured stainless steel pot to the manufaacture, Crystal Clear Services, PO Box 532, wew York 12785 and it would be replaced.  The ruptured pot was received by Crystal Clear services at 7:48 am on July 30, 2018.  I have called John ellis water about this problem on numerous occasions and they are unable to get the manufacturer to as yet replace the Stainless steel pot.

I keep getting excuse after excuse about this matter.

Thus, I am filing this complaint
