John Evano is a scam artist. He makes excuses and then disappears Port Charlotte Florida
He is a "web programmer" in Port Charlotte, Florida. After sending John Evano a significant retainer payment, he did a little bit of work. Then another significant payment was sent, and after he deposited the money, he has refused to answer calls and has not done any more work (if he has, he has not turned it over to our company, as we have requested through numerous messages). We do not recommend his services. Buyer beware.

Found Mr.Evano through craigslist, did some coldfusion work for him on NewYears eve, signed documents, never got paid! Talked to him through email and he said he would have his secretary send the payment out? I'm assuming they never talked. This guy is a blatant liar, that simple. If you do work with him, prepare for excuses and BS.

I had a contract with this company to build a website. They sent me a contract which we both signed that had an arrangement for payment. The down payment was over 1 month late. They then continued to be backed up on payment of over a month on each of the consequent payments. I have all of the documentation to prove this. In the end, I was paid for half of the project... which is exactly what they received. I tried several times to contact the company with no response. Again... I have all of the documentation to prove this. They went bad on the contract and I do not work for free.
