John Gallagher makes about $130,000.00 each year but doesn't give a d**n about contractors who have to work hard to make a living. Unless of course it is one of his "good ole boy" friends.
Building inspection delays are now at THREE days backlog. No one seems to care. The contractors struggle to make a living while Gallagher does nothing and collects his paycheck.
What happens if you complain?
They give you to Cindi Jolly, Gallaghers Administrative Director in charge of the building department. In the last 10 years the department has gone from bad to worse under her direction. Building Official Tim Moore is of little use since he operates exclusively under her control.
Gallagher does nothing and just keeps collecting his paycheck. He even had the GALL to admit to the Saint Petersburg Times that IT WAS HIS FAULT yet he does nothing.
HOW CAN YOU BUILD A HOUSE IF YOU CAN'T GET ANY INSPECTIONS? WHEN WILL THE SYSTEM IMPROVE?

I am the Executive Director at the Pasco Building Association and I am wondering who the author of this letter is? Your letter is signed Pasco Builders and I am with the Pasco Building Association who represents many of the builders in Pasco County and I didn't send it and am unaware of any of my board members sending it.
