I don't know what happened here. What kind of company is this - loan company, financial advisor, accountant, 'credit repair'?
What did he do or not do? Did he take money and not do any service? Did he provide poor service? How did he ruin your credit rating?
There are various agencies that deal with specific kinds of businesses, but not know specifics, I couldn't even guess where to send you for help.
