John D. Gessin has a history of manipulating, and defrauding people out of their money. There is an incredible amount of court documents against him. He is trying to cover it up by hiring marketing and advertising agencies. The ironic thing is that our company helped his reputation, but he issued a chargeback to his credit card company, claiming he never received the service. Do NOT do business with John David Gessin (the chargeback also had Bernard Gessin listed).

His attempts to clear his name are in vain as he changes professions, areas lived, and variations of his name. He claims to have graduated from Harvard, but the only thing he excels at his stealing from people and using them. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned!

To the person (s) that posted this completley False and Defamatory post two items have now begun;

1) Your I.P. address was requested and obtianed ; your Identity revealed and Location now known.

2) A Lawsuit for Defamation and Slander is being prepared to be filed in your State Court for Damages.

---To the hapless readers that come across and either believe what people say on these garbage sites, and a word to the wise that would think they are posting "anonomously" or "for the good of mankind"  read carefully;

As anyone who has ever used a Credit Card and charged an item, bought something online.. your entitiled to a refund if:

a) the item was damaged, broken or not operating properly

b) services offered were significantly different then promised, or undelivered.

A "Chargeback" refers to a legal process that the Credit Card companies provide to protect consumers. In order to do this, one must open and file a claim. Then submit the proof of the reason for refund.  The Credit card Legal Dept. has the unique job of weighing all the information. They decide what is refunded, if any.   A person cannot force the credit card companies to do anything- as anyone who's ever tried to deal with them knows...

All this person did was show lack of restrain and their ignorance, thus incur massive legal fees via Lawsuit (s) and most assuredly a long and stressful lawsuit.  Posters heed this warning- and beware.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
