Complaint Review: John Ghandour

I used to work for MG Mortgage and they have never done anything near what this report has stated. Unfortunately the people of MG Mortgage think it was me who wrote this stuff. Probably just because I don't work there anymore. Yes I am the "Nick" that they spoke of in the above links. MG Mortgage pretty much has hatred towards me probably because I dont work there anymore. In the past whenever anyone stops working there they talk bad about them and their company policy was if anyone leaves then they are not allowed to come back.

I havent said anything nor would I wish anything bad about them. This report is definately false. MG Mortgage would not have anything to do with the things in this report. Obviously they made someone mad but it certainly wasnt me and I just wish they would look into things before taking action against someone who had nothing to do with it. I aslo wish this site would look into the reports that are made because 99% of them are probably false.

Once again, if Mr. John Ghandour is a convicted felon it is public records. It's easier to retrieve then say, Title on a home. Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think you have to be a licensed in order to bring in a loan. My opinion..., I feel this person is trying to take Mr. Ghandour down on angle possible. I've have been doing business w/ Mr. Ghandour and his associates for over 3 years. He is a very professional individual, on and off work.

I've know John Ghandour and he has been nothing but kind and honest to me not only am I a employee of john's I'm also a friend. He is just a victim to two gentlemen that are not willing to take responsibility for their actions.

Please understand the recent claims made. MG or Westcott has sponsored youth sports 3 consecutive years as claimed? Can we have a link to the city's website of Chamber to verify this. Also, which type of employee needs personal help (mentioned was the employees family), a very competent one? Probably not. Also lets find the identity of this employee, his responsabilities of the company, and the legitimacy of his employment. PLEASE PROVIDE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS SO WE MAY ALL UNDERSTAND THE VALIDITY OF THIS PERSON'S POST. ESP. THE QUESTION ABOUT THE CONTINUAL SPONSORING OF THIS YOUTH TEAM. That is a complete fabrication, and even if it were hypothetical truth (ITS NOT), it in no way negates the illegal and immoral practices of John G. Ghandour. Is it ok to hurt consumer's as long as you send ten bucks to the city? Common sense will answer that one.

I've known John Ghandour for five years and he has been nothing but respectful and honest to me and my family not only am I a employ of john's I'm also a friend, we have coached a youth basketball team together and his company has sponsored my last three teams at Valley wide recreation center, so for the two ex-employs that have nothing better to do GET A LIFE..

When I read the report I instantly started researching the allegations. I used several public and private information sources with no avail. There are no criminal records for any employee's named in the original rip-off report. The validity of such information is ridiculous. Bottom line: You can't believe anything you read until you research it yourself.

I used to work with John Gandour and mg mortgage and will tell anyone this, I have not met a person that did not love john or his family. His ethics are second to none. he is honest, trustwothy and runs an incredible business that takes care of their customers and agents. when i found out about this i knew what it was. I can garantee you that every word of this was made up by people that are jealous .I also have nick and ryan . and honestly they would be nowere without john. Nick is a young kid that used to follow john around like a pet. Instead of trying to make him look bad guys, you should be thanking him. i cant beliece this website will allow anyone to say anything they want without checking it out!

We fired 2 agents, Ryan Case and Ryan Lee and because we refused to commit Fraud by verifying Ryan Case as a Sales Manager when he was not. Ryan Case and Ryan Lee are both known for fraud, and bate and switch. We have a open book policy on all of are loans and do not hind any rates or fees. MG/ Westcott has a clean record with both D.R.E and D.O.C.
