I purchased a new fully loaded Chevy Uplander in March 2006 for over $30,000, I have had several issues with the Vehicle. In contacting the service department, they have been unable or unwilling to resolve any of the issues without charging me a large sum of money to do so. I will never purchase from John Hall again!

These are the issues:

1.) The cruise control does not work all the time, I have paid to have it looked at, I was told it worked.
2.) The brakes had to be replaced, I was charged to replace them, one of the brakes still squeaks.
3.) One of the latches on the back seats has broken, I can no longer lay that seat flat.
4.) Both of thes key remotes have stopped working.
5.) The inside handle on the back hatch has pulled loose just from using it to close the hatch.
6.) The radio controls on the steering wheel work intermittenly, control the wrong things or not at all.
7.) If the van sits for more than a day, the battery drains by itself and requires a jump.
8.) I was sold an Auto Butler package when I asked my car be detailed when last in for service and the service was not completed.
9.) I was sold an extended warranty that does not include any of the repairs needed.

This is an inferior product. I previously owned a KIA Sedona that I paid over $10,000 less for and had none of the same issues. I am so sorry I did not stick with KIA. The product worked correctly and the service was far superior to what I have experienced with my current van.
