I mailed Empire Alloys 300 pounds of silver oxide watch batteries via Insured USPS and Empire Alloys has refused to pay me $20,000. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of New York and they have substaniated and supported my claim. Empire Alloys have refused all commuication even with the BBB of New York. A Total Fraud, do not deal with Empire Alloys or John Evans.

I mailed John Evans from Empire Alloys of Medford, New York 300 pounds of silver oxide watch batteries via Insured USPS and Empire Alloys has refused to pay me $20,000, the price agreed on the phone after numerous phone conversations. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of New York and they have substaniated and supported my claim. Empire Alloys and John Evans have refused all commuication even with the BBB of New York. A Total Fraud, Jewelers, Watch Repair stores BEWARE and do not deal with Empire Alloys or John Evans. His phone number is ( 631) 813-3677. I have the UPSP Insured Receipts to prove he signed for the 6 Priority Boxes I sent Empire Alloys. They claim to recycle metals. Google the picture of there address, 2322 Route 112, Medford, NY 11763, its a home not a metal scrap yard.
