john hibner-was suppose to tell child support, that I payed,--through vetreans,disabilty-instead---I have to pay a hundred a month out of my S.S.I---and my son is 33years old---I have steve levy-of long island--looking in 2 it---governor--of new york-wrote me back,-this started in 1977--i did not get vetreans disablity till 1982---I payed child support-now i can;t get a lic. to drive,a passport. or buy a house in new york
