"Where Honesty & Integrity Still Counts" 318 Harris Dr. Florence, Al 35634 ¬¬¬Personal Testimonials Have you ever sold a motorhome in just 2-3 day's? Don't feel left out! I haven't either but Dream Finders did it for me at my asking price. Dream Finders has helped owners and buyers for a long time get together to sell or buy their motorhomes. The first time I used them was just a few day's ago. It was an incredible experience with some well thought out marketing strategies. This slight shift in focus/pitch sealed the deal. If you want real marketing that works and effective implementation – where you know you will get the results- use Dream Finders. When a lot is riding on the selling or buying of your motorhome, you have to be sure that the outcomes will be positive . I can’t thank Greg , Capt. Larry,, and John enough for assisting us in getting where we are today. It was Heaven sent we found the best team in the nation, "Dream Finders" KCL The new owners, Dan and Joyce Howard, arrived in Palm Desert late afternoon on Wednesday. We picked them up at the airport, had dinner with them that evening and they picked up the motorhome Thursday morning. After we went over the entire operation of the coach, they left on their new adventure. The entire listing and sale was a pleasure, and a breeze! Thank you so much for your efforts in this for us. Like you, we are Believers! We had a contracting business in Washington State that we ran just like you, often not even a handshake because our, and our customers, word was good! Nothing too fancy about that. Just good, old-fashioned business like it should be always! Blessings to you and your crew! Don and Dr. Annetta Van Andel P.S. You can use all or any part of this as a testimonial. JJ, I just wanted to let you know that the L/P agreement we engaged in with Dreamfinders concerning our Beaver motorhome about 2 1/2 years ago has worked out beautifully. Good for the buyer and good for the seller. Any small residual contract issues were handled by Larry in a very timely and effiecient manner. Couldn't ask for more. All involved are very happy and satisfied customers. As you know we currently have a travel trailer listed for sale with Dreamfinders and will shortly ad a L/P offer on this RV as well. Thanks again for the great service and I would highly recommend your service to anyone considering buying or selling an RV. Sincerly, Tom “Larry - our lawyer talked to us this afternoon and I'm sure it's not anything you didn't already know, but he felt that your contract language was written very well and he couldn't suggest anything that needs to be either deleted or added. He said it was difference from night to day from our previous contract written by the OTHER company. Let us know as soon as you hear anything from the buyer and we're ready to sign and proceed. Barry Lloyd” Hi JJ, Our transaction with Mr. Gilbert went extremely smoothly. We could not be more excited about the beautiful coach we were able to get through Dreamfinders. You and Larry were diligent and really delivered on your promises. Thank you both. JEFFREY L. Attorney at Law Hi there John, Could you send me a current up to date list of RV 's for sale? Is there a way to get a current list on a regular basis? We purchased an RV through your system 4 years ago, was 1 year away from the buy out with the seller, and our coach caught on fire and was totaled. Currently working with our insurance company on a settlement and will be looking again, provided no problems with settling the sellers note and clearing everything, which I anticipate no problems. So far, our experience with your system has worked out flawlessly pending no problems with settlement with the seller. Thanks, Curtis B We went ahead & found an RV that met our needs & worked with Larry & the owner & had a great experience. Everything was handled in a timely & professional manner. I would 100% recommend working with this company. Anytime I emailed I had a response in 24 hrs. Phone calls were always answered promptly. We are working with a great owner that was very helpful in getting us comfortable with the unit & answering all questions as we made our way from FL to TX on our way home. Even texting just to check in with us since it was our 1st RV experience. Anyway, I can't say enough good about our experience. Debra Reese Just completed a deal with Dream Finders RV s & am thrilled with the deal. Larry is who I worked with & all was done in a timely & professional manner. We were approved in a matter of hours after finding the RV we thought fit us the best. The owner is a great guy & we just got home after an 1100 mile trip to get it home and are very happy with the unit. I looked for reviews on this company & this is all I found so wanted anyone else out there thinking about doing this know that we had a great experience & are working with a super nice owner. To: JJ Heibel. This is Thomas F. I am in the market for another rv with owner financing of course. I bought a 2007 Keystone Everest Fifth Wheel through you folks from Rick H. of Fayetteville , Tennessee in 2013. This rv is paid off. I am in the market for a fifth wheel or pull behind somewhere in the 30’ range to use for work travel. Used is fine as long as it is clean and everything works. Sincerely, Tom F. Gentlemen thank you for all your help in getting the RV we wanted. We love it. I just wanted to drop a note and let you know that Jim Schecter at Blue Sky was fantastic. He knew instantly what to do when we mentioned Dream Finders and was so much less on cost and with increased benefits to boot. He was absolutely great, just thought I would let you know. I know it is important to have someone take care of your customers in a way that makes you feel confident when you refer them to someone. Thank You. Sharon Paid off that Country Coach! Hi John J oseph just wanted to let you know that Steve paid off that Country Coach in December/ a total of $85000/ in all them 5 years we never had one problem, we never even had as much as a argument, just want to thank you for your professional service and for doing that transaction/ wish you good luck in all you do/ Ron Coulson keep the good fight/ stay in Jesus. * John J oseph, I just wanted to let you know that last weekend we went and picked up our new coach from Ed and Denise Cosgrove. They invited us to spend Friday night in their guest bedroom. When we arrived at their house, Denise had a homemade chili dinner ready for us! Saturday morning we went out to breakfast and then I drove the coach to a local RV park where they showed us how to set things up. Later that night we all went out to dinner. Sunday morning, they came back again and helped us put things away and get ready for our trip home. We have poured an RV pad at our house and yesterday we installed a sewer hookup and 50 amp electric service to the pad so that the coach is close to home and always ready to go. Thank you for all of your help and also for Larry's help. Let me know if we can ever do anything for you. Have a blessed Day! Pete and Michelle Newman *EVERYTHING WENT FINE. Mona #2 “No worries, I would highly recommend them; in fact for us they were really our only option. We bought our '07 coach for 150K new (43K off list) and were able to sell it about a month ago for 141K after full-timing on it from day one. Prior to discovering Dreamfinders during some extensive online research our options were using a broker and getting 85K or PPL consignment in Houston for 105K. Since we full-timed, the later was not an option. Regardless, our coach was immaculate with many custom features and we had 87 staged perfect pictures (like in the brochures); if the pictures weren't perfect we made them so. We noticed nobody else did that so ours really stood out. You have to keep in mind that you have a very high ticket item. People don't want to come all the way across the country twice ($1K or more ea time). They want to know what they are getting and come planning to buy it if there are no red flags at delivery. The benefit of Dreamfinders is they have the nation-wide marketing system all set up--we got 1-2 calls per week, but after we posted our pictures everyone who called wanted to buy it. Working with them also allowed us to live in our coach right up until the day we sold and more importantly have some control over the sale. Sure the pictures and talking to callers took some time but Dreamfinders did the hard part--or at least the things that we didn't know how to do and frankly didn't want to take the time to learn. The fees they charge is a pittance for what they do. Thanks to them we have another $1300 in our monthly budget and the palm trees and pool still look and feel the same! Within less than 2 weeks of posting our pictures we had a check for 15K and were very comfortable with both our contract and our leasees that we spent the day with orienting. There really seems to be a pent-up demand for coaches because people are unable to get financing. John said 90% of coaches are lease/purchase and I have no reason to doubt him. In our case the leasees did have the money but if they had to pay cash they would buy a new one--who wouldn't? They liked the flexibility and the terms worked better for them--it was truely a win-win. Larry Stanley is the contract consultant who makes it all happen. He disqualified a couple of buyers before ours was approved so I knew he and Dreamfinders were on the up and up. As we went through the process he was always there for us answering all our questions in a frank, direct, yet personable way. He is extremely knowledgable--I actually had an attorney review the contract just prior to completing the deal and he didn't know as much as Larry about this type of transaction. The attorney found no flaws in the contract and when it comes down to it the contract is everything in this type of deal. Most RV owners contemplating selling want cash--and they can get it but just a fraction of what their rig is worth. We don't waste anything and our 6.5% interest rate was/is pure gold--we didn't want to throw it away. We consider our leasees friends and have traded emails regularly since the transaction. We absolutely loved our coach and the time we spent on her but she had done her job for us and it was no longer feasible to keep her. Our leasees have upgraded the sound system and have plans to put a hard surface floor in--something we never could afford to do. We know our coach is in good hands and she needed to get out there and get some tread worn off of her 4 year-old tires--I guess its like giving up a child for adoption. It's a big decision so let me know if you have any other specific questions. A happy X- RV er, Dave” #3 "I highly recommend the services of Dreamfinders RV .com to find a qualified buyer/lessee for your RV . I received more request for discussion of my Motorhome from Dreamfinders RV .com in just a 6 week period than I had recieved in the previous 8 months dealing with other services. Their program for screening potential buyers /lessees is great and their help in dealing with the final contracts is wonderful and provides piece of mind. I found no other services anywhere as helpful." Thanks for your help. Mel” #4 John Hiebel and Larry Stanley (Dream Finders) have provided my wife and I with one of the best services in the RV market. Their services are worth every penny (and more), than they charge. Over the last 3 years we had problems selling our Coach in the down market. I was originally skeptical of their offer, it does seem to be too good to be true. I have since discovered that they make a profit because they have invented a better mousetrap. I was initially skeptical, as you should be. Ask questions. Secure references. Play “what if….”. If you do not get answers that satisfy you, ask them “WHY…”? Their differentiators are to focus on a well written contract to use in the sales process, evaluating the buyer and supporting the meeting of the minds. Always remember that the contract must be good for both Buyer and Seller for it to have sustained support from both. What made the difference for me was the background check that Capt. Larry had made and the personal meeting I had with the buyer before the sale. I also considered a lien, but dismissed it after considering the position of the Buyer. I think you would find it difficult to require a lien and then to enforce it. From my non-legal perspective, John and Larry have written a contract that effectively covers the Seller and provides buying incentives to the average Buyer. I don’t think that you can construct a CYA contract for the Seller that will be acceptable to most buyers. Dream Finders provides an outstanding service. Their advice and service worked for us and we are comfortable with the buyer they found. We are happy with their solution to our problem. We hope you are too. Contact me if you have any additional questions. Tony” #5 “John; We're impressed. You do things with excellence. You don't find this very much in today's world, even among most Believers. It was truly the leading of the Lord that caused you to send us the advertisement. Thank you so much for all your efforts on our behalf. You are a blessing. We are praying for you and all your endeavors, that God would cause you to find favor and bless you. Merry and Lance.” #6 “Dear John, Michael and I wanted to share in the good news, as of this month, the motor home you helped us find. is now paid in full. It was hard work, and some scary parts, in making all the payments, we said we would, to you and to Trent and his family, but we did it. Michael and I would once again, like to thank you for all that you have done for us, We hope that you and yours are blessed, for the blessing you have helped us make true again thank you so very much God Bless Always Kathy A very happy buyer” #7 “John and Larry, I want to thank you for your assistance in selling my RV . What I like about the way you do business, is that you take no money up front, like others do. I had two instances that I paid up front. One ended up only showing the ad for about a month and that was it. The other said it would sell in six months or your money back. Well, it did not sell, and when I asked for a refund, there were several reasons why I did not qualify. I appreciated that you gave me interested buyers, and Larry checked them out and told me if they were qualified buyers or not. The RV has sold and I very much appreciate all you have done. Thanks, Bob” #8 Please feel free to use us as a reference and add the following to your testimonials: We were severely upside down on our Class A motorhome. It was sitting in storage costing us $1500 per month! I had used another company prior to Dream Finders and it was a complete disaster so I was extremely sceptical. Once I spoke with John and Larry and found out how the process works and how they protect the seller/lessor with the background checks and the contract itself, I felt I had found the right place. Although it took some time, it was well worth the wait as John found us the perfect buyer for our coach. Larry went out of his way to take care of all the details on a Saturday and the happy new owners drove away the same day! A HUGE burden has been lifted and we can now breathe a lot easier! Thanks again John & Larry! The Johnsons #9 Yes - everything went well. In fact Jamison Kovenenko seems to be a special person. He phoned this AM from Albuquerque saying the rig is working nicely. We prayed with him about including a personal relationship with the Lord in his business calling. He had a J.W. background; but he has pulled away from it. We are part of a dynamic prayer group at our church "called "Tuesdays at the Temple ." Everyone prayed for the Kovenenko's; and I feel Jamison was meant to meet us and visa versa. I comment that the contract designed by Larry is excellent. Three checks are in the mail. May you continue to have good success in out work. Proverbs 22:1 Cameron W. Wilson #10 Hi John, Yes, we would be happy to provide you with a testimonial: We had a 2007 Monaco motorhome that we wished to sell. John Hiebel listed our coach and within days provided us with a prospective buyer. Together, we decided to go with a lease/purchase option. A contract was drafted that was agreeable to both parties and the exchange was made. The service was prompt, thorough and completely professional. It was a good decision to go with Dream Finders RV . We will refer folks wishing to sell their coach to you. Sincerely, Denise Cosgrove
