Complaint Review: John Joseph O'Hare - CompuDoc1991

John agreed in December 2004 to purchase me a new cell phone for Christmas. While the purchase was taking place, the smooth talker that he is, "talked" me into adding him to my cell phone account. He agreed it would be cheaper and would pay his portion monthly making only calls to me. He kept his portion of the agreement but needless to say the headaches began. He would "forget" to pay his bill and sometimes he was late. The bill gradually increased as did his phone calls to all over the United States. He was using this as his primary phone and wasn't able to keep his other "prepaid" cell phone to date with long distance.

John was using my credit and finally the phone bill for October came to close to 400.00 and with still another year contract of 19.99 that is required from this "add on". As of November 15, John mailed the cell phone back and has not paid the bill much less his promises of the 19.99 X 13 more months. Mr. John O'Hare aka Compudoc1991 has not only took advantage of a single mother, myself but also my family. I am the head of the household with the responsibility of caring for my disable Mother. My job of 3 years will now not only support my family but now Mr. O'Hare's debt. He is not credit worthy on paying this cell phone promise.
