Hello, my name is Tom and my wife's name is Megan. We recently bought a used 2000 ford explore suv. It was a lease turn in and we test drove it and everything and found out the keyless entry did not work,a simple thing to fix if we bought it said the salesman. Now we bought it and made a appointment to get it fixed and they said they had to do this and that and would cost $295 dollars, what? But the saleman promised they would fix it free! Complained to ford motor company never got a response,called ford consumer rep. and got the run a round, stinks.

Truck does not run well had to give a tune up after i got it,they never even serviced it before we bought it or checked it out.
