John Koestler Quality Roofing total Rip-off, run, run, run!
Contracted with this individual in August to clean gutters at 6 rental properties plus my personal residence. I made two mistakes: 1. paid in advance for services $1700 and 2. Didn't take heed that he too quickly agreed to do my residence for free
gutters never touched...he deposited my check in his bank (SunTrust) and guess what? Bank wouldn't even help me identify him or track him down. Private Investigators couldn't find him even though I gave them his phone numbers address and bank account. I had first wasted money on him, then on trying to rectify situation. Finally sent a 1099 to IRS (I had his personal address to which check was sent)
Business names can change but if you ever encounter John Mark Koestler, run the other way!
