Complaint Review: John Kosolcharoen

Originally and based on circumstancial evidence, this author posted an entry on this site in May, 2009 that depicted perceived judgments against two individuals involved in a transaction with my investment group.

Since then, it has become quite clear that the sole perpetrator of the scheme is the slick talking Englishman,  Mr. John Benson.  His name and actions have come up in several conversations with other investment groups around the country.  If you ever come across this scum, RUN quickly to your local police, sheriff or FBI branch office.

To be clear, though, John Kosolcharoen has proven to be both a victim of Benson's illegal and fraudulant schemes, as well as, a gentleman that is working exceptionally hard to help our investment group.  John has and is doing whatever he can to make our situation whole again.  The sound investment opportunities he now delivers are done so through exceptional due diligence and with knowledgeable, trusted partners. I have no doubt that Mr. Kosolcharoen will deliver on his two promises to our group...collect and repay the original outlay of capital with an equitable return for our troubles, and see to it that John Benson is put behind bars for a very long time.
