Complaint Review: John/ Kristen Breinlinger

This is a club baseball organization that claims to be a non profit but hasn't paid to get the 501c3 that is required to be a non profit.  We left the team and asked for a refund and at first it started as 77$ for a refund after paying 250 plus 80$ for two tournaments and one tournament they wanted us to play in but couldn't afford so they said don't worry the team will pay.  The registered for another tournament but it got canceled due to Covid19. 

They had the team get a credit for another tournament rather than give us the money back because we wouldn't be playing they just said we were out of luck for that fee.  But they should be charging the kid that fills our spot we shouldn't have to pay for them.  A parent that left a week after us was only given a 45$ refund.  These people have no business running an organization and have no coaching ability.  Please beware if you are looking for your child to play in the tucson/Vail az area.
