Complaint Review: John Lavoie

I took it upon myself to do a little research into the court matter that John Lavoie claims that Trevor Goble lost in court badly.   It was exactly what Trevor Goble stated, the matter was settled by both parties agreeing to dismiss there claim.  So I began to do so much research and as it turns out John Lavoie hired Trevor Goble to perform various work for his company "Bang ON Interlock" though I suspect this was a rouse to get free labour and as it turns out my suspicions were right.  John Lavoie has been using people and not paying them.  I know because that includes myself.

I live in Ottawa and know many of the people that John Lavoie does and yes he is back into the drugs.  While he lives in Pembroke he does frequently visit people in Ottawa.  His latest is taking advantage of a local church in Ottawa's central westend.  

There is no shame with John Lavoie and he will contort and twist things to his advantage.  To those who may find themselves dealing with him keep strong records and if possible walk away.  More importantly don't give this man money.

The plaintiff and defendant both settled the matter resulting in a joint submission.  Once again John David Lavoie aka David John Lavoie misleads the public.  

However, he is at it again.  He hires people and doesn't pay them.  He states "I don't work" which is true he doesn't work he has others work for him but he believes if he doesn't work he doesn't have to pay his employees.

He has is now claiming Trevor Goble jumped and robbed him in order to create a cloud.  Trevor Goble advised him to call the police and report it.

Like the person he is he tries to involve his family members.   He has a myriad of issues in his personal and work life and blames everyone else but doesn't take responsibility for his actions and behavior.

John Lavoie uses yet another name (this time it's a girl's) and again what gives it away the word "Buddy".  John keeps on saying I will be going to jail but if I don't do anything illegal guess what...I won't go to jail.  Unlike John Lavoie who was recently charged by the OPP.

For the record I have done nothing to John Lavoie contrary to what he states.  Shouldn't John take responsibility for his actions?  He asked for my services, received the services and didn't pay for it.   Do I not have a rate to take him to small claims court for the money he owes?  I haven't talked to him in since early April, so what could I really do?

John has filed to 810 applications and they all failed, he dated my ex-spouse and was then charged by the OPP in connection with the relationship.  Is this my fault too?  

Now he is resorting to threats "watch your back"....is this profressional? 

 Your about to be exposed buddy.Your little con games are going to catch up to you very soon.You have destroyed to many peoples lives with your bullshit. Do you really think your going to get away with what you just did to John. Paybacks a b*tch buddy.

I will tell you one thing right now you will have to always watch your back now. If you really believe that your going to get away with that bullsh*t move you have another thing coming. You should be ashamed of yourself. That is the dirtiest thing anyone can ever do to someone.

John Lavoie is once again resorting of making yet another claim of Trevor Goble hacking "ripoff" report.  Once again there is no evidence to support his accusation and why BECAUSE I AM NOT HACKING HIM.  He also claims to have closed his business yet he has a new facebook account...the business name maybe closed but I am sure he has started a new one.  One thing he hasn't told you is this...he has been recently charged by the OPP.

Another police report...oh well.  Doesn't anyone find it convienant that he closes his business just days before a settlement conference?  What he doesn't realize is that I am not suing his company but him as a person so closing down the company has no real value.

Anyways, John continues to advance he is going to win.  At the end of it the Judge will decide and I believe that I will get some compensation for the services I provided and I doubt John will be awarded anything.  He continues to challenge the messager but doesn't challenge the message (the claim).  In essense, he accepts the claim.

 Due to Fraud being pulled on my company I had no choice to close down my company As of Nov 15 2019 Service Ontario has closed down my company BBB has also been informed I am no longer a member due to this as well. To my customers with warranties you will be able to contact me through email.

I will have no problem coming to fix any problems after the winter for free. Thank you for your understanding If anyone is contacted from anyone but myself be very care full someone is trying to pull fraud on you. Trevor Goble has nothing to do with my company and never did. My emails and facebook have been hacked several times now.

Thank you for proving my email was hacked by Trevor Goble I have been instructed by my Lawyer not to make any more reports on here I want to thank you Ed Mr president of Rip Off Report for taking your time to look into this matter.

I have changed all my passwords on my computer like you have requested I wanna thank you very much for proving its not me doing any of these reports Like you said The IP numbers were all from the same computer Thanks for confirming that.

Once again John Lavoie makes up stories.  He is once again back on me "hacking" his email and apparently now Facebook.  I am pretty sure that Facebook security is secured especially after the US scandal a while back.  I guess John Lavoie feels if he says it enough times it must be fact...right!

As for customer service nowhere does it state customer service ripoff report and again John Lavoie makes an assumption. 

So, why would any one claim their email or facebook is hacked?  Would it be to explain how certain communications where actually shared which can be damaging in court such a impersonation, false statements or a recordings that is now part of court record.  I personally have no damaging emails of any kind so "hack away".  

Is John Lavoie being investigated?  According, to public court record John Lavoie is scheduled to appear in Criminal Court sometime in November on a recent criminal charge.  But we all have be cognitive that a person is innocent until proven guilty.

John Lavoie also claims their is a police investigation and again a false statement, while he filed a police report about hacking (like he has done so many other times) it has always been determined it is not me.  So either someone else is doing the hacking or the hacking is simply not occurring.

Customer Service has discovered the source of information posted by John Lavoie owner of Bang On Interlock

Paulette Mainville of Pembroke, Ontario has been leaking unsubstantiated information to Mr. Lavoie.  Our preliminary findings on the allegations have been verified.  While Mr. Goble faced allegations it was established that he was not involved in such activity which has been verified through court and police records.

Customer Service has also verified that Mr. Goble was released from prison after service 24 months and not 4 years as stated by John Lavoie.  Further reports concluded that Mr. Goble pled guilty to 1 count of fraud not 156 as stated by John Lavoie.  While Mr. Goble faced 156 charges he pled guilty to 1 count of fraud.

Mr. Goble is a recent graduate from College and currently there is no active investigation at this time.  Renfrew County Courthouse located in Pembroke, Ontario shows Mr. Goble and Mr. Lavoie in a civil claim in small claims court where both parties are seaking $25,000.00
