Friday 08/10/18: Met with John and I explained what needed to be done. 2 baths & bedroom walls and ceilings. He informed me that he knew what I needed and stated that I pick up the paint for bathrooms and he would get the white paint for the bedroom. He gave me a price of $800.00. I agreed. Monday 08/13/18: Came to house and prepped (he refers to it as mud) spackled/patched some holes the bathroom and put one coat of paint on. Painted both bath ceilings. He then told me he would be back Tuesday to put 2nd. coat on bathroom. Tuesday 08/14/18: John arrived - Put 2nd. coat on bathroom and he exited my home. After my husband and I inspected the bathroom there were holes in the walls, fuzz/cloth from the paint roller (used 1/2" roller, should have been 3/8"), many paint drippings (walls and floor and wood door frames/hand rails) and areas where you could see the original peach color coming through the lilac; a total disaster. I called him Tuesday evening and told him that this is UNACCEPTABLE--he stated he will return on Wednesday 08/15/18 at @ 10:00 a.m. to fix. He also painted (partial) bedroom ceiling and painted white on the natural wood beam. NOTE: He asked me if I have any paint rollers & a paint hook for OUR ladder that he used! Came to job unequipped. I should have stopped him at that point. MY BAD!!! NOTE: He used too thick of a roller on bath walls. Home Depot paint Rep at store stated that 3/8" should be used on drywall NOT 1/2". He used 1/2" roller this roller left bare spots along with original color (peach) coming through and fuzz, cloth debris/residue and paint drippings everywhere. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT EQUIPPED TO DO THIS JOB! I trusted that I was getting a reputable painter but I paid for someone to make a mess of my bathroom.
Wednesday 08/15/18: Came with another painter by the name of Rob or Bob. Two of them went through the bathroom putting "mud" (spackle) all over the areas of drippings, holes, etc. John Leoutaskos stated that this needed to dry and he would be back Friday (08/17/18 @ 10:00 a.m.) to sand the "mud" and paint a 3rd. coat. I have pictures of all the areas where they applied mud (spackle). A HUGE MESS. Friday 08/17/18: Never came to fix his mess AND never called. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. ***Note: I have natural wood moldings and doors where he left many paint stains (finger prints). John painted one side of bedroom ceiling and I have a natural wood beam which he has paint spots on. He never used tape, never used drop clothes, therefore I have paint on my natural wood moldings/doors, wooden hand rail which I now have to sand and polyurethane again. Now I'm in the process of trying to find a painter who can fix this mess and they are all booked with jobs until the end of September. Not only did I waste my money, but my precious time was also wasted at his expense. I checked with the bank and this check has been cashed or I would have put a stop payment on it. I put my faith and trust as he portrays himself to be a "professional". I was undoubtedly taken advantage in a fraudulent manner by this company.

You puposely used the name Daisy from Georgetown mass. and your not funny with your lols. I dont find this a bit funny and I'm getting an attorney against you for defamation of character. Slander Your job is 1 in hundreds Ive done and you come across as a imbalanced individual.
Your telling me I didnt bring any equipment in for the job then you said I brought in drop cloths and just left them im the corner while im painting your ceilings. Your contradicting yourself. Get your story straight.
First of all There were three different colors used. Each bathroom had its own color and one color for the ceilings. 1 roller nap? Really? Who's pathetic?
Your bathrooms were not new drywall. They were old walls and you just wanted a color change. Your obsessed with roller nap sizes and you keep saying
1 roller nap when I used at least three.
You threw us off the job and made us leave so we took our equipment and left on the third day.
Your making a big mountain out of a mole hill.
All you need is a warm wet rag to clean up your mess because its latex and it wipes right off easily.
You called and said you had it all fixed and you had all the receipts. Then you said you cant get anybody till the end of September !! Pathetic.

You keep saying its not about the money but you called numerous times and said you wanted the $ 400.00 back or else you would write a bad report

You said you would only give me till Tuesday on labor day weekend to recieve the money or you would press the button. I found out on the Sunday before that Tuesday that you already put the complaint in.
I have a voicemail on Tuesday the 4th your asking for the money again and want to know if we sent the money because you have a tub guy there refinishing the tub. If I dont send it you are going to hit the button and go to court.
Your acting like the job was done but it was only prepped and half way done. Nothing was finished? What is up with you?
Today you sent me two more messages saying to keep $ 100.00 and making up more stories about me polying my house when you were talking about polying your house. I rent and I have no poly. What is up with you?
You said your husband wasnt there? He was there for a couple of hours then he went to the bagel place down the street with the dog. pathetic !!!
I am getting a lawyer. Be prepared your gonna need one. Be prepared to spend some money.

This is how pathetic this guy is....I spelled my name correctly/properly...the data person at a different website spelled/typed/input it INCORRECTLY! LOLOLOL! This guy is a clown! Nonsense at its BEST! With the $ that he ripped off from our family go buy some rollers, ladder and a paint hook. This guy is supposed to be a painter????? SO LAUGHABLE! He used the wrong size roller on the walls---3/8" should be used not 1/2" on drywall---he knew this because he asked me for a roller! Then he must have found a 1/2" and used it because he was unequipped!
Wish I had time to write some more FACTS online..but too busy fixing his mess! He never brought in a ladder! HE used ours. He asked me for a paint roller and a paint hook for OUR ladder that he was using! I had to make him a paint can hook from a clothes hanger. I guess this is your idea of professional...Can't stop laughing~ Well...I'll give him some credit...he brought a nasty piece of dirty cover to use...BUT NEVER USED, therefore paint all over my bathroom floor. Please see pictures. It was balled up in a corner. NEVER covered any part of the bathroo, Court papers filed...see you in court.

First of all If your going to put a complaint in about my company you should use your real name and not try to hide behind a fake name. Ann Marie Sullivanno.
I worked at your home for 3 days (not 4 hours). I was hired to paint 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom. I was hired to paint the 2 bathroom ceilings and walls. (No trim, no doors) and then paint your master bedroom walls and ceiling. (no trim.no doors). First day I did the bathroom ceiling upstairs one coat. then I put two coats on the ceiling downstairs. I also mud the walls in bathroom. you and your husband gave me a thumbs up when you looked at it. Did you forget??
The 2nd day I sanded the downstairs bathroom. I put a first coat on it with primer. I remudded some area in the upstairs bathroom then I came back downstairs to put on the 2nd coat in bathroom and I also touched up the ceiling of the bathroom by the shower corner because the darkness came through from your wood stove. I also went upstairs in the master bedroom I put a first coat on one wall on the right hand side by the bathroom. and did a quater of the darkest part of your ceiling from the wood stove. When i was leaving you gave me a spinach pie which I still have.
You called me that evening and you said you wanted to talk to me about the bathroom. I told you the bathroom wasnt done I still have to mud alttle more and that I may have to put another coat on the walls. When I got there on the 3rd day with my worker you had a roller kit set up on the ground. In your mind you thought I was done and I wasnt. You took a magnifying glass and stood on the toilet and started pointing nail holes out etc... I made a comment about the magnifying glass and you flipped out and said you were going to finish it yourself, you told us that you havent worked in two years because you had lyme disease and that your on medication which throws your balance off. and your struggling because your husbands (EX COP) only working part time as a detective in a dept store and you decided you wanted your $ 400.00 back.(selling your house, moving to Tennessee) I told you that Im not giving you your money back because I have been there 3 times already and did all the prepping etc...(I only charged you $800.00 for the whole job because you said you had no money).You told us to leave.
We took my ladders and drop cloth etc... and left. If I had no equipment then how did I roll out your ceiling over your bed in the bedrooms and cover your furniture?? Shame on you. Taking picture of things half done and what did you do when we left?? Paint ??
You called numerous times harrassing us about getting your $ 400.00 back or else you would report me. I have how many times you called and voice messaged me. Im saving them all.
You read a old report about me from years ago which was fixed years ago and your trying to write the same thing on your report. Nice try You say its not about the money but i think it is. I tried to talk to you several times but you kept hanging up on me.
