This 83-year-old attorney is the most ruthless but cowardly and hypocritical person I have ever met!!! His behavior blares that he has NEVER heard of the Golden Rule. This man lies frequently and easily. He is a big bully who thinks about nothing but winning, even if it means; 1) the destruction of an autistic man 2) the end of the career of a promising young attorney by supporting and encouraging deceitful practices that could trigger a BAR complaint 3) further grief to a widow having just lost her husband of several years suddenly and unexpectedly (the opposing counsel). Reportedly, he yelled and screamed at this poor widow mercilessly. You may be thinking, I need a vicious attorney who is an excellent liar, but please remember you could be the person on the opposing side. Do you
really want to support this type of person?

Contrary to the complaint reported, I completely disagree. Jack Freese has an excellent reputation as an attorney in the Tulsa community. He has, for many years, represented a broad population of individuals, many of whom I know personally. He is thorough, conscientious, and takes a collaborative position with his clients to achieve their legal goals.
I suppose after 50+ years of law practice one has beaten the law of averages if they only get one complaint in a career lifetime. I'm guessing that the person who filed this complaint was definitely not his client but rather on "the other side of the table." If that is true, he/she is simply retaliating with a "vengence complaint."
Again, Mr. Freese is a man of great personal character with an excellent reputation, moral and demonstrates enormous personal integrity. I would recommend him to anyone seeking counsel.
PS: He actually returns your calls in a timely manner!!
