On 11/29/2010, I ordered a pair of size 6, chocolate, Ugg boots as a Christmas Gift. I received an invoice and a tracking number for USPS. When the boots had not arrived by 12/15/2010, I used the tracking number and it was not a working tracking number. I searched the website where I ordered the boots and there was no phone number nor physical address, only an email address. The email address ended in "gmail.com" which raised my suspicion even further. (My first mistake - ordering from somewhere with NO contact information)

I contacted the company via the email address provided and received a reply with a different tracking number and a link to UPS. Again, this tracking number was not valid.

I contacted the company a third time and again received a tracking number that was not valid and was for FEDEx. By now it is 12/22/2010. A package with Ugg Boots arrived via FedEx on 12/23/2010. The boots were not in a boot box and while they were the correct color, the boots are a SIZE 10!

I have now contacted this internet seller more than a dozen times and they refuse to give me an address to return the size 10 boots, refuse to send me the correct size, and they refuse to refund my money. Here's an excerpt from their latest email to me:

Dear customer,

Thanks for your letter.

Sorry for what happened, sorry, but we hope you can understand us. We have give you a lot concession, on the same side, we hope you can give a little concession too, profit of the boots are very low, beside we cost a lot on the expensive shipping cost, and advertisement and others,.

Please re-consider this and accept our offer, we can refund to your card soon.
