He threatened me to take me to court also that the file will be downloaded to and I will be sued. What made suspect it was fraudulent it has several misspelled words in the text. So I called him and asked for verfication and he said he would send it through my email and I haven't received it yet. And these emails started on August 3,2015 and now it's the 12th and he suppose collect from me on the 19th and I glad I decided to research this and found someone else that is going through this with me as well it very scary. When you don't even know what they are talking about. From who knows this make want to pay to protect my name and email addresses my account and everything else having to do with the internet this needs to stop. He has a disclaimer on this page using the FCI financial crime and investigation department. He has a case file number and this not fair for these to harass you with several emails. What if I never questioned it at all and sent my money to John Miller?

He is harassing me even more now he will accept a lower payment of $150.00

At first he wanted half of $1230 and I said no then he threatened me with court and I said I could have $350 but I want proof of me doing this I still haven't received anything on this debt. Now today he says that I must send him $150 to start the process to avoid any further embarrassment this is just not right on all accounts of this.
