Judge John J. McDonald and Attorney Paul Nicoletti both paid off mortgages and purchased new, high-end real estate without selling their residences within the same 18 day period.

Canyon Construction was told to resell the unlawful, lethal non-code compliant home for more by Judge John McDonald.

Judge McDonald simultaneously disqualified himself and transferred Defendant's property rights with an Order.

Then in November, Attorney John Makris entered a ex post facto order where Judge McDonald retroactively undisqualified himself and this order was never served to Defendant.

Court of Appeal Judge Jessica Cooper was on the panel for this appeal, and she just retired 6 years prior to her COA term end.
