Complaint Review: John Moses

Protege Investments is a complete ripoff. I was stolen of 25,000 dollars by Dshaun T Williams CEO/President. I contacted them for a documentary Letter of Credit but after taking money for the services he came up with a very interesting story after a week and now when I asked for the money he abused me and made fun of my email. I need help to hold him responsible. I am a small business owner and fellows like this should not be on the loose.
