If you want to waste money and get zero representation, then Musca Law Firm is right for you. I hired this law firm for representation and the only thing they did was collect thousands of dollars and disappear. No one attended any hearings, court proceedings, nothing. Infact, I was calling them to inform them of what was going on with the case and they still had no clue about what they were doing. Did I mention that I live 2000 miles away from where the case was, which is in their back yard. How is it that a non-lawyer, 2000 miles away can find out more information and do more than someone who's apparently attended law school and is practicing? The lawyers at this firm are incompetant, lack morals and ethics and will collect your money and not think twice about never providing any type of service. Do more research, the lawyers at this firm have failed practices of their own and other lawyer at this firm have had their license suspended by the Florida Bar because of lack of ethics. Unfortunately, I'm also having issues with this firm. The FL bar has checked on numerous occasions and CAN'T find this guy OR his firm - they keep telling me he doesn't exist as a lawyer in FL. How can that be true when he has his own website, has all these clients? This guy isn't just a scammer, he is GOOD at scamming so people PLEASE be careful when dealing with him. He will only make matters worse, afterall he's not even a real lawyer.

I've had similar problems with Musca Law, over the past 3 years they've managed to make a simple probation misunderstanding turn into a warrant and worse. I was hoping you could contact me at Demesthenos@gmail.com and give me more details of your case and their failings, as it looks like I'll be filing a grievance with the Florida Bar and would like to include more than what you've posted here.
