I support the above complain about John and Penny Riggs.
I had completed an FHA appraisal in november 2008 and still havn't got paid.

I have called and send invoices, reminder notes etc. and never got one response. John and penny riggs are crooks. I am very disappointed that we have crooks like the riggs in our business.
