John Sullivan And John Powers, John Powers called me as a Paraleagle for John Sullivan and stated that he was looking for my Brother to speak to him about a civil suite docket #38648-l Skokie Illinois
John Powers called me on behalf of John Sullivan to try to find my brother who he said had a civil suite against him and they needed to contact them in order to serve him. John Powers said he was a paraleagle to John Sullivan. He gave me his phone number and asked me to pass it along to my brother the next time I see him. I then checked with other members of my family, one of them being a lawyer and was told that this was a scam and that they are not allowed to contact family and release any information.
I have since received a cheap looking letter from P.N. Financial & Associates addressed to my brother at my house. It read final notice and had all the information in from the civil suite except for the social security number, that was incomplete. The letter stated the amount owed and what the settlement they would agree to accept by check or credit card payment by March 16th dated no later than March 20th. I will be callin the police as this is harrassing me.
