John T Botts MD PA Hijacked by Out of Netowrk Doctor charge at an In Network Facility approved in advance by United Health Insurance Plano Texas
THe Inusance Company pre qualified a colonscopy as a fully covered procedure at an in network facility. A month after the procedure we got a bill from this Anesthesiologist for $1580.36. We contacted the insurance who stated Dr. Botts is not in the network.
The procedure was done and an In Network HCA facility by and in Network Physician. The only person not in person not in network was the anestheologist John T Botts who claims to NOT be in network but working at a network facility. I have no idea who even approved this person to be the anesthesiologist because a non network doctor would NOT have been approved by the patient after taking the time and effort to follow the requirments of United Health care for pre approval of the procedure.
This is why Health care has such a bad reputaion. Rip off medical personell hurt us all. I am taking all avenues to expose this person for what he has done and get him removed from HCA facilities and reported to all pertinant associations and agencies. We have tried to ammicably resolve this issue to no avail. They want full payment. I want full justice and will not stop till I get it!!!!
