John Taylor and BCS Offshore Funding or BCS Corporate Acceptances were operating from 88 Grahams Road, Falkirk and at Avenuehead cottage, Auchenbowie, Stirling.

He claims to be a private lender and enter into contracts with his unknowing victims for tens of millions and sometime hundreds of million of dollars. Each contact involving the payment of tens of thousands of dollars in upfront fees (which he calls due diligence fees or legal fees).

His days are now numbered as his ONLY DEFENCE was to claim that he had paid the monies he stole from his victims to other companies to aid the victims 'loan application' or to pay for Bond Guarantees. He claimed that he was mislead and in-turn was scammed by this company. That company he claimed to send the money to is owned by himself !! - Evidence has been uncovered.

Once he has enticed the victim in paying fees, he will soon request that in order to make the so called loan  he requires his victims to produce a Surety or Financial Insurance Guarantee Bond. He will also offer to arrange this through a company called Europa Investec with which he claims to be at arms length.

He will order his victims to make payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars in premiums and bond fees. He will inform them that they must pay him these monies and he will then pay Europa
Investec with the funds. In reality, the monies handed to him were hidden in his own bank accounts in Singapore (Maybank) and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He would buy small properties with his loot and sometimes even make very small loans with the big money he has stolen from his victims.

He will inform his victims that the money given to him to pay for these so called FIBGs or Financial Guarantee Bonds, that he has paid it to Europa Investec or even to innocent third parties, whos names he would drop and whos credibility he would use and abuse.

Sooner or later once the victim had parted with his cash, the victim would receive excuse and excuse as to why the loan could not be granted. He produced side-line scams such as BCS Premium Funding, which was a scam company offering to finance such Bond premiums with the objective of taking a large deposit (50%) in upfront fees.

Recent evidence has been discovered that links John Taylor as the ULTIMATE BENEFICIAL OWNER of Europa Investec !

Our investigations lead us to believe that he has forgotten (or does not realise) that he used his own credit card (linked to his residential home and in his own name) to make the payment to the incorporation agents that formed the company! A bank transfer from his private account to these formation agents in payment of their services has also been uncovered.

Also, links from his bank account to the account of this company show money did indeed change hands. Not as you would imagine, but money flowing from Europa Investec to the private account of John Taylor ! There were no monies ever paid to Europa Investec by John Taylor other than the money he paid to set up the company!

This is clear evidence that he is actually the real beneficial owner of this company and has established the company to serve his own purpose in helping him to defraud more money from his victims.

He employed unknowing and innocent persons to carry out work, whilst they were completely unaware that he was really the real owner of the company and operated through alias to control the workers. We even have evidence that some of Europa Investec corporate correspondence was actually written by him and sent to clients from his own residences, portraying as if it was really official. These employees have declared this information and have offered to give sworn testimony to the authorities.

We are offering this evidence to the courts in France,  Indonesia and Singapore who have expressed an interest in prosecuting him for fraud.

If you have been scammed by this man, we suggest that you take immediate civil action against him to recover your money before it is taken from him by the authorities.
