Signed a contract for 2 custom made beds to be delivered on May 14th, no later than May 17th.  Madea $4600 deposit for those two beds.

Beds were NOT delivered.  So, I had to fly back 3 weeks later to take delivery of 2 beds.

Again, beds were not delivered on 4 of the dates we set for delivery.  All manner of excuses:

- gas tank on truck needed to be repaired.  A friend was picking up the truck to get it fixed.

 - friend did not fix gas tank, so no truck to deliver.

 - the landlord was coming by so the delivery was rescheduled

 - the truck was towed, so delivery was rescheduled.  Waiting on friend with truck.

 - friend did not show up, so no delivery.

One of my friends went down to San Marcos to get the beds.  The place of business on the website is shut down.  He won't return my calls.  Won't return the lawyers calls.  Found out thru a PI that he is a total scumbag.  All sorts of judgements and liens against him.

Not only will you NOT get your furniture.  But you will NOT have any recourse for getting your money back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

I hired a PI to dig stuff up on him to see if I should sue him for Breach of Contract.

  • After speaking with his shop landlord, John owes the shop landlord many thousands of dollars for back rent.
  • He never paid utilities while he was renting the shop - and also living at the shop unbeknownst to the shop landlord.
  • While he was living at the shop, he was renting out another house unbeknownst to the owner for income.
  • His truck has been repossessed and is impounded.
  • He has several other civil judgments against him for breach of contract.
  • He owes back taxes in California.

So, even if I tried to sue him, there is no way to get paid, as is evidenced by the others who have sued him.
