Complaint Review: John Trader

I had went on the internet site because I am a smoker. I entered my credit card number and they said that my order was processed. It has been several weeks now and I have not received any packages from this company.

I checked my credit card statement and I was charged 2 times for the product and I have tried to get my money reimbursed to my credit card but have had no luck. I am a single parent of two and what little money I have I need.
