As a former officer of GAMC, I challange the author of this report to document "the many developers in mexico, and california to have lost thousands of dollars because of false claims made".
The claim is a worthless lie and should be removed from the site. Give the author 30 days to provide documented proof to support his allegations of the "many developers in Mexico and California" who have lost money or remove the report.
I can provide developer references for five loans funded in past 12 months. I challenge the author to document the "thousands" of dollars" lost by developers. This report is a rip-off and should be removed.
To add insult to injury. When this report was posted GAMC's was a licensed direct lender in the state of CA. This is easily verified online at CA.gov.
This report should be removed immediately.
