Complaint Review: johnna gaines skin care

this was advertised as a free trial with paying shipping only.  I clicked on link on Facebook because i had read several times about Johnna Gainnes going into skin care, and I trusted the ad that said she personally made the product.   Turns out to be a total scamm.  And when you call you get these soft spoken ppl probably at a call center in India you just keep telling you someone will call you back in 48 hours.  Its a total scamm.  There isn't even a company name on the return address of the box they ship the "free" product in.  I should have investigated further, i fell for the Johnna Gaines endorsement.  Sorry Johnna, i am not even gonna go near a Magnolia store or product ever!
