Complaint Review: Johnny Bryan Giles

My name is Johnny Bryan Giles and in 2000 I was made aware of a federal investigation into my business dealings under the business names GeneraLogistics and Giles Elite by the FBI. In 2001 I plead guilty to 4 felony charges and was sentenced to an active term in federal prison. In 2004 I was released from federal prison onto federal probation and in 2006 I technically violated this probation (i.e. refused to comply but did not commit any new crimes) and was sentenced to a 2nd federal prison term.

In 2007 I was released from federal prison and started a new business named Business Development by Giles and my website address is http://www.businessdevelopmentbygiles.com and in 2010 I created 2 new subsidiaries, http://www.expertbusinesspresentations.com that I currently do all of my work under and a new venture http://www.johnnybryangiles.com that has not been promoted by me enough to gain any business as of yet. All three businesses are honest and feature my business plan, business presentation, website design and imaging services to include consulting in specific areas.

I fully admit that I am a convicted felon and that I have lied in the past and that there are people who have lost money because of my past criminal activities. For nearly 3 years before I would allow myself to be retained by a new client I required them to read my personal disclosure which can be read on-line athttp://www.businessdevelopmentbygiles.com/disclosure.pdfand after building a great portfolio of work that can be seen on my Expert Business Presentations website I just recently stopped giving this disclosure to everyone before they retain me.

I still selectively provide this disclosure, as I have within the last few weeks and I am always ready to disclose my past to anyone at anytime without reservation. I am very much aware that no matter how good I do from this point forward that my past will follow me and I accept that. I have no expectations that my criminal actions of the past will be forgiven by the victims of my crimes but I do my best daily to do business honestly and I go way out of my way to avoid any potential liability or risk. I am deeply sorry for my past actions and I think about them daily.

My past crimes involved me charging upfront fees for loans that I did not provide and my current business activities only offer services that I control the delivery of (i.e. business plan and presentation writing, youtube video design, imaging and design, godaddy website template customization and consulting).

While I cannot make someone forgive me it has been 11 years since my crimes that have been addressed here in RipOffReport and I have not done anything wrong ever since. I run my current business entities honestly and openly and I adhere to a self-imposed transparency so that people can choose to do business with me or choose not to do so. In conclusion I am deeply sorry about the mistakes of my past and I humbly beseech the readers of this report to take note that I have a great business reputation and extensive portfolio that proves I am not the guy today that I was between 1998 and March 2000.
