Complaint Review: Johnny's Suzuki

This dealership does nothing more then exsist to line it's pockets with the working mans money. The owner, Johnny, runs TV commercial ads 50 times a day. Problem is, Johnny is never anywhere to be found, as is his wife. He leaves his poorly run company to a management team whose only concern is milking you for as much milk as you can provide. The TV ads say that the prices are all marked on the cars. However, when you get there, there are no prices anywhere, and the salesmen, ready for this, are FORBIDDEN to discuss the sales price with ANYONE. So you have to go to a second sit down stage where the next people TELL YOU THE SAME THING.

They say that ONLY THE MANAGER knows the price of the vehicles. They want to only discuss monthly payments. That way, you see, they can sell you a $15,000 car for $23,000, AND a high interest rate. The place from back to front is a scam. Even AFTER you buy a car from them, thier service people will LIE to you and tell you that you HAVE to have your car serviced from them, or the warranty is VOID.

ILLEGAL is what that's called. They tried to sell a $300 12k package, and when it was denied, they said the warranty would be void. They are all crooks. I have been on their lot maybe a dozen times (just for fun now that I know they are all crooks) in the last 6 months, and have not once, repeat not ONCE been able to get a PRICE for the Vehicle I picked out. I might add this is the USED cars I am talking about....new cars do have a sticker.

Anyway, the place is a joke. STAY CLEAR OF THEM. Especially the sales manager fool PIP. He's all talk, no action. A con man of con men. He's the one I always HAVE to see to get a price, and he pulls prices out of his a*s. This guy is a complete idiot.
