I just almost died from driving the car that I brought from this dealership. I just this car a few months ago and while I was driving on the highway, everything locked up on me! The steering wheel, brakes, and gas all locked up on me. I barely missed hitting the median. A cop had to come block off several of the lanes because my car was just stuck on the highway after it finally rolled to a complete stop.

I've had numerous problems with this car since I have bought it. I've had three oil leaks, a transmission leak, a power steering leak, one of the rims was bent, the battery was bad, and I found out from a mechanic that the car had been repainted due to it being in an accident. The dealership had told me that this car was in near mint condition and had never been in any accidents. Now I have the problem of everything being locked up. The car won't start now!

I've called and emailed the dealership numerous times about the problems that I've been having with the car. They only responded to me once and only offered me 10% off of labor charges.

My mechanic was able to fix the car and I was able to sell the car back to Johnson Auto Plaza. They sold the car to a wholesaler, so the car is no longer in my name. Matt, the sales manager, really helped out a lot and we were able to resolve this issue. I can't say the same for Rich Jeffers (the salesman who sold me the car), who was no help at all. Matt did a lot of damage control and I think both sides came to a reasonable agreement.

Locked up?

You should have been aware of the bent rim during the test drive. The bad battery would have been apparent when you attempted to start it during your initial test.

How is it possible for a car to roll to a stop with locked up brakes? Your gas locked up? Please explain.
