Complaint Review: Johnson City Honda

I had lots of work done to my 04 odyssey and left the dealership feeling like i had not got everything i had paid for. I went to another mechanic to see if they done everything they were supposed to of done. I paid for a level 4 service w/alignment and fuel service. I did not get the pollen filters changed, tires were not balanced and the transmission fluid was not changed. The bolts for the alignment where not scratched and did not look like they had ever been touched. Also i found out that you are not supposed to do a fuel service on a honda, just a top engine cleaner which they did not use. So i paid $367.22 for a oil change and air filter, will never return.
