I brought my Lexus ls430 in for a basic driver door body damage and what i got was a nightmare. The car worked perfectly when I dropped it off. When I picked it up three items were not working. the driver window would not roll up and down properlt and the passenger door lock would not work.
Also the new window tint was scratched from wreckless handling of the door housing that they laid in the back seat on top of the leather seats and carpet with NO PROTECTION.
This was a nightmare - they dont want to fix anything....

Shame on you Mr. Lamart for posting this online. Our shop and you have had several conversations about this door glass and tint issue not being related to any of the work we did did on your car.
We offered many times to replace the part needed at cost, and no labor charge, and you
denied it.
The last time we spoke you said you felt that the owner of our company had
(and I quote) "plenty of money, he should pay for this". How presumptious of you to think that any business would pay for the work you want done just because you walked in the door. How do
you think any business operates? Should we also take responsibility for your oil
oil changes? How about a new battery? Replace worn tires? We had already gone over and above expected repairs, and you tried to take advantage of us.
We take great pride in our work and have one of the largest customer
return/referral rates in the nation. I hope you never have to see such a dissappointing
review online of your place of employment.
