Complaint Review: Johnson Family Enterprises

I went to this Laundromat, and while I feel the prices for the large machines are exorbitant, my main complaint is both change machines were inoperable, making it necessary for me to find a store that had a roll of quarters ($10.00) available over the Memorial Day weekend. Two more women came in after I did, and they in turn had to find change from a store. The soda machine is not marked as to the cost of the soda, and the snack vending machine was completely empty.

I called the number on the door, and left a cell phone text message but no one ever returned my call.
