Johnson Mark, LLC called my cell phone continuously, almost every day for multiple months. There would never be a live person. All calls originated from an autodialer and contained pre-recorded messages. This is against the law. They had no permission to call my cell phone. What's crazy is multiple times when they called, I waited on the line and was then transferred to a voicemail, wanting me to leave my info with them.

This company knows it violates the law. I am working on starting a large class action lawsuit against Johnson Mark, LLC and their clients. TCPA laws state they can't call your cell phone from autodialers and the also can't have pre-recorded messages, unless they've been given consent to do so. I kept a recorder with me and recorded many of their phone calls.  I want to know who else was violated by Johnson Mark, LLC. Also, If they call you, make sure you record their calls to have evidence against them.

I think there is power in numbers. Keep documenting every time they contact you. I would love to hear responses from others who want to be involved in a large class action against them.

1- Class actions are done thru the superior and federal court level, That which requires a LAWYER.

If you can kindly post who the legal representative is, more info would be available for them to start filing . Per the TCPA - the defendant- if found guilty will pay a fine of 500$. Is it really worth it to fine them and all the while they continue this annoying habit? Sometimes the ends dont justify the means.....
