Complaint Review: Johnsons gadgets

Johnsons gadgets I ordered some cleaner from them and they did not send it or refund me or answer my emails.

I placed a order with these people and at checkout they had the double your order for this much among other things which I purchased. My total was $98,89.

I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number.  I have tried to get one but can not..

 I have emailed them 5 or 6 times without a satisfactory response. Twice I received a answer from a auto responder stating if you don't have a tracking number go here but when you go there it says its unsafe so get out so I still can't get anything. 

Each of my emails to them I have asked for a tracking number along with information about where my package is and when it will arrive but nothing back from them. 

I have also asked for my money back but have not received it.
