Prepaid order 2 years + ago.  Trusted vendor after initial phone order discussion.  Bad decision on my part.  Order never delivered.  Endless excusses.  Continual e-mail follow-up on my part.  Vendor never proactive in providing order status.  Vendor replied to approximately every other e-mail.  Excuse is typically "did not receive previous e-mail."  Excusses for not delivering order typically blame on distributor with various reasons.  Occassional excuse of "don't have the money right now, but that may change by the end of this week."  Claimed order being processed by distributor on multiple occassions, but "should have been processed, I'll check with distributor."



Vendor took my money and never delivered.



My story similar to other report on this website: ordered parts, waited a while, then was told wrong part number, corrected it, waited a while, then was told part was on the way, waited a

while, then was told distributor doing inventory, waited a while, then was told person at distributor no longer works there, waited a while, then was told there was a financial problem with distributor, waited a while, then was told will use other distributor, waited a while, then was told..., etc...



If this vendor and/or Robert Goetzman are actually in Tampa, FL, the FL Attorney General, or whatever state office has oversight and authority, should take legal action.  I have and will make available complete paper/e-mail trail should that ever happen.
