Joint Systems ripoff never shipped small engine that I ordered 2 days after christmas 2004 Florida

I ordered a 5 hp briggs and stratton engine from joint systems. I have been trying to get in touch with them for a month and its seems hopeless. They give excuses like (our supplier closed a week for inventory) or (if it shipped last week it will be this week) I can never talk to an individual and they will never hardly respond to my emails. And when the do respond it is another excuse. They also say (we do not have it in our immediate stock) but the engine is listed right on their web page. If you call you get a message box that just says this box is full try again later, then the phone hangs up. What kind of buisness is this? Is it a real buisness?: I am thinking it is another scam. I cant get them to even respond to get a refund. HELP!!!!!

I have tried email after email after email.I have had 2 replies with only excuses.I have tried to call but only end up with a voice message box.I have left several messages and noone will return my calls or give any information on the engine I ordered.I am stuck with 181.27 .for something I cannot get nor can I get a refund.Beware possible scam by joint systems.com in florida.
