They charged for 895 promo (24 month) $250.84 + $14.95 (shipping) = $265.79. They never shipped the router therefore I asked them to cancel the router and refund me the shipping of $14.95. They never refunded the $14.95 for shipping.

After couple of months; In 9/2008, No inbound calls can be received. When calling in the error message occurs:
call can not be completed at this time

The service has not work for weeks. No one has be able to provide an ETR.

I finally decided to cancel the service and request a refund of my charges. I was told by the tech it was only done by email to: billing@joiphone.com

Their billing dept either don't respond or I have to contact them many times in order to get any response.
I was also told their billing dept is not available by telephone.

When I signed up for the service, I was told I can cancel at anytime and I would be prorated and refund of my prepaid payment. The service has not worked correctly and I spoke with the tech dept many times on this issue. They have also told me that if I choose to cancel my
service I would get a refund for the problems and my prepayment of services

I have yet to receive any refunds.

Dealing with this company is a nightmare and a lot of wasted time.
